The houses renewed in spring 2009 is bivain independent to flat earth with conditioned air, regular energy, water and gas, services (WC-Washbasin-Shower), complete modern kitchen (Frigo-Furnace-Pottery) and courtyard with washbasin.

The bedroom are composed by double bed, bedside tables with light, great closet with covered inside, drawers, mirror, possible anothers beds in the same room or with sofa bed in kitchen (3 - max 6 persons in the same house).

The atmospheres are made typically and the furnitures are modern style, all the rooms are very illuminated also from the solar light.
